Red River Pharma ("RRP") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PamLab LLC and expects significant growth over the next 2-5 years. As a result, there are certain expectations of its team members:
RRP will rely on lean manufacturing techniques. While lead positions will have clearly defined roles and responsibilities, the ability to adapt and maintain flexibility in job assignments will be crucial to our success. Team members will be expected to be agreeable to temporary job assignments outside their primary areas of expertise.
Advancement and promotion will be based on merit, knowledge base and individual job performance based on the business needs of RRP.
RRP will be a tobacco, alcohol, weapon and drug-free site, which includes the building, parking lot and grounds.

When hiring people, we base our decisions on applicants' specialist expertise and their personality. We look for an entrepreneurial mindset, a flexible attitude and good social skills.
RRP assesses best suited to. The department head/lead then decides whether or not to invite candidate in for an interview. This may involve multiple interviews with representatives of the technical unit and recruitment staff. As a company, we have found this approach to be extremely worthwhile – as one-on-one interviews offer an excellent opportunity to really get to know the applicant, and we consider personal impressions to be very important.
Over the course of the skills-focused interviews, we establish whether the candidate's specialist knowledge and abilities match the requirements of the post.
